Feathers are so beautiful and come in all the colours of the rainbow. That is why they are so much fun to paint! They have so many fine details and gorgeous textures and in this workshop you will learn how to capture feathers in a realistic way using acrylic paint.

What to bring:
I will be supplying some feathers and reference photographs that you are welcome to use. However, I think it would be fun for any bird lovers to bring along one of their favourite feathers to paint. That way everyone’s painting will be different.
Everything you need for the workshop will be supplied, so you don’t need to bring anything other than yourself if you don’t want to. However, if there are specific brushes or paints that you like feel free to bring the tools that you are familiar with.
What you will leave with:
A beautiful detailed acrylic feather painting on canvas framed in a wooden floating frame. You will also be able to take home the instruction booklet so that you can refer back to what you learned in the workshop for future creations.
